How amazing is life?And at the same time how crazy can life be (in all respects)?

This summer has been a FANTASTIC one thus far. I love where we live, I love the state we live in (for numerous different reasons) and I love going on trips with my family.

I haven’t written lately on this because of the “time” it takes to do so, so this will be short.

Summer 2009 thus far….

- May - Kicked off our summer with a little pre-summer vacation to Italy/Europe. Can you say AWESOME!!!
- June was flew by: Had some fun friend bbq’s, family bbq’s, family reunion in Hinckley (got some good tomato basil cheese on the way home….goooo-OOD stuff), dance performances, scout camp, RAGNAR - Wasatch Back Relay
- July - Of course the the 4th of July extravaganza - we ended up going to the Stadium of Fire for the Jonas Brothers. YES!!!! BEST CONCERT EVER…uh, not really. Camping to Pineview with friends - good times, good times. I miss my friends a lot. Then next weekend went to Daddy Daughter camp out. They loved it (and so did I frankly). Thanks Sam for the invite. Hope we will be invited again next year. Cedar City to visit GG’s Hilton for a few days - that trip was LONG overdue. It was good to visit with them and hang out. I love my family (both sides of course).

Tomorrow will be the 30th of July and we were planning on going to Pineview again with my fam, but not looking good (planning wise nor fundage) so we will probably take it easy this weekend.

What does the rest of the summer have in store for us: Escalante in August and a ton more campouts with the scouts. A handful of business trips in Aug/Sept/Oct (way to go and procrastinate - SUCKA!).

I think this has been a memorable summer for the girls (and for me). Will post updates the next time I have nothing else better to do than tell nobody about something.

I can’t believe that Kiara is 7 years old. she is growing up to fast and I keep telling her to stop!
she had a really good Hannah Montana Birthday and got spoiled rotten.

I took my girls to the nutcracker for the first time this year.
they loved it. we went with my mom and sister Lynzi, Haeli,Peyton,Taryn and Bryten.
After the Ballet we went up on stage and got to have a cookie and punch party with the Sugar plum fairies. It was really fun and the girls still talk about how much fun they had.

We are old fashion and love to still cut down our own Christmas tree.
we will never ever have a fake tree in this house or any house we live in.
The girls love going and finding a tree and this year Uncle Zach and Tina Preston and Lilly went with us and we had so much fun.
